“We are a manufacturing company in North Carolina producing electric car chargers for residential and commercial use. The chargers can be as small as 12″x12″x8″ or as large as 40″x20″x12″. We want a packaging solutions for this product. They will all be packaged separately and need to travel without being damaged. Do you provide this service?”

Far Packaging Company, Inc. provides manufactures with custom packaging for their product. We will design a custom solution and provide you with regular shipments of that packaging. Our packaging can include custom imprinting and custom protection to ensure safe delivery.

“We build custom print plates for corrugated cartons. Our plates are approximately 50″x20″x20″ and 2000 pounds, but at times they can be as large as 200″x”40″x40″ and weigh up to 9000 lbs. We need packaging – most likely wooden crates – for local and overseas shipments. Will you deliver these packaging crates to our company? When shipping overseas, is specialty packaging needed?”

We can provide you with regular deliveries of custom crates that will meet your business needs. We typically deliver within 100 to 150 miles of Fuquay-Varina, NC, which is our business location. Some overseas or ocean shipments may need a barrier bag. We will pack your product for overseas shipping at your location. At times, we may need to pick up your products and package them at our business location.

Yes, boxes and crates shipped outside of the US must be packaged in EU Certified wood and must have ISPM15 certification. We are happy to take care of this for you.

If the item is traveling over the ocean, we highly recommend the item gets a barrier bag to prevent rust or moisture from damaging or destroying the product. If the item is traveling by air and going direct, a barrier bag is not necessary. If the item is traveling air and will be sitting on the tarmac, we recommend a barrier bag.

The moisture collects on the top of the ocean container and drips onto items in the container. The salt water can also easily damage packaged items. We strongly recommend using barrier bags when shipping via ocean container.

The ocean container will move in right to left, forward to backward, and up and down during shipment. Without properly securing items, it is very possible that your items may be damaged from this movement.

The tractor can be shipped in an open container but it will be exposed to the elements if shipped over the ocean. This means that the tractor will potentially be exposed to salt water and could be damaged during shipping. We recommend a full barrier bag for the sled pulling tractor with a complete EU certified (ISPM15 certified) wood crate.

The dental chair must be protected from the elements due to the electronics in the base of the chair. A full barrier bag and wooden box are necessary to ensure the dental chair arrives at its destination in the same condition that it left. This shipping method may be more expensive than a standard box without a barrier bag, but it will ensure your chair arrives in working condition.

We can go to your facility and move the equipment for you. we can also supply a fork truck or use one at your facility.

We can pack it at your facility or pick it up and pack it at our facility. You are welcome to bring items to our facility to be packed. We will crate whatever you need.

Yes. We can pack it at your facility or at ours.

Yes. Often these items are delivered to our facility to be unpacked and delivered to our customer’s facility at ground level when they do not have a loading dock.

We can provide full disconnect and packaging for any type of shutdown.

Yes, EU Certified wood boxes and crates are ISPM-15 certified. The wood of all EU Certified Boxes and Crates has been heat treated at 56C for 30 minutes and then certified accordingly by an accredited agency that is recognized by the American Lumber Standards Committee in accordance with non-manufactured wood packaging policy and enforcement regulations.

No, they will be certified upon request. And they must have an EU Certification stamp on the crate or box to be ISPM-15 certified. This is a box stamp not a lumber certification stamp. Boxes going overseas or outside of the USA must have EU Certification.

They can be picked up, delivered or shipped by common carrier.
