In March of 1998, Mitsubishi Electronics America, Inc. ceased all semiconductor manufacturing operations in our Durham, NC facility. It was determined at the time that all production equipment needed to be packed and returned to Mitsubishi’s facilities throughout Japan. Since the value of this equipment easily exceeds several million dollars in value, and is very delicate in nature, it was only natural for Mitsubishi to choose Far Packaging Company Inc. to exclusively handle all of the packing and crating operations for the project. Glenn and his staff handled this job seamlessly and in a very professional manner. They worked very well with the freight forwarder and the various trucking companies involved with the return of the equipment. After relying heavily on Far Packaging Company for a period of 9 months, I would highly recommend Glen and his staff for any packing and crating situation from just a few crates up to several hundred.

I was especially impressed with the blue cushion feet on the box and the extra bracketing with foam inside to keep the sewing machine and the stool from hitting each other or the box.
